  • Can I get a full refund?
    • We offer a full refund on unwanted items up to 7 days from date of purchase.
    • We offer a full refund on faulty items up to 14 days from date of purchase.
  • What is your return policy?

    All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.


    Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the post office, as we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages.


    Once we receive your returned item you will refunded to your original payment method.


    How long do I have to return my order to you?

    • 7 days for unwanted items 
    • 14 days for faulty items

    Do you offer an extended Christmas returns policy?


    Any orders placed from the 1st November can be returned up to and including 14th January.


    How long will my refund take to process?


    You will receive your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receipt of your return. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage from the post office and retain it until after you receive your refund.
